David Dewhirst is looking for help in rehabbing a couple of downtown buildings.
The local developer is seeking county approval for tax-increment financing incentives worth more than $2.1 million, to aid renovation work on the Arnstein Building, at 505 Market St., and the Daylight Building, at 501 Union Ave.
