There’s a new look in the Old City.

If you haven’t driven by the former JFG Coffee building recently, a trip down Jackson Avenue may be in order. Dewhirst Properties is converting the old roasting facility, 200 W. Jackson Ave., into an apartment project called JFG Flats.
